We are one of the lucky groups that has to build subscription vouchers because our renewal season begins before the season is decided. Last year we built the vouchers. "Renewed" people into the vouchers and kept a daily Excel spreadsheet of the sales. After we built the real performances we built the packages. The money was moved from the vouchers on account and then moved to the real packages. So if I try to run a report of where we were last year this time in T-Stats it will say nothing because all of that was moved. And I don't want to reopen the reports I ran previously because of course they would update to today's status (right?) and say $0 for last year's vouchers. Does anyone do the same thing? Does anyone have some super report that is actually able to pull that kind of history so it can be compared to this year?
Thanks in advance.
Hi Adria, We have our packages built with the correct number of events and name them week1, week2, etc. When we know what the events are, we populate the week# event with the actual show program details. That way, the patrons are only rolled over once and we don't need to do the voucher thing and the reporting is correct as to when they were sold. Hope that is helpful, SusanFrom: Adria Gunter <bounce-adriagunter1034@tessituranetwork.com>Sent: 4/12/2016 4:47:26 PMWe are one of the lucky groups that has to build subscription vouchers because our renewal season begins before the season is decided.
