Customize Nscan monitor message

Does anyone know if it's possible to modify the nscan message that is delivered to monitors (personnel) .

    Hi Matt,

    This text is hard-coded into the stored procedure (NP_SEND_EMAIL  as of N-Scan version 6) that actually sends the “this person has arrived” message. So while it’s possible to edit it there, you’re still globally affecting the message being delivered by all scanners, and there’s the likelihood if not certainty that the procedure will be overwritten in a future release of N-Scan.
