Reports Reports OR a Report on Promotion Responses

We are looking for a document that was talked about at the Tessitura Conference called REPORTS REPORTS which is an outline of what all the reports do exactly.

I cannot find this in the Help Menu.


Alternatively, we are trying to look at a report that pulls Promotion Responses.

Can anyone direct us to REPORTS REPORTS or let us know if a report on Promotion Responses is available boxed or is a custom report.

    I believe the documentation you're looking for is called "Tessitura Standard Reports Summary" and is located in the Standard Reports and Utilities folder.

    Also, solution #232 in the Reference Materials project of TASK Online is a Promotion Response report shared by the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas.

    TASK Online stands for 'Tessitura Answers, Support and Knowledgebase'.  Prior to this website, it was our one-stop shop for support tickets, reference materials and product releases and patches.  Support, new releases and shared reports are still housed there.  Your organization (or parent organization if you're a sublicensee) should have two logins to that site.  Check with your IT contact.
