TR_RECEIPT_SETTINGS?

I don't see this table in the system tables. I need to set the receipt settings for TRBO. Does anyone else have this problem? What's the solution?

  • We’ve been on 12.5.1 since December and have only recently begun testing and configuring TRBO.  We have most functions working including purchases of comp tickets EXCEPT receipt printing – both printed and emailed.

     

    Couple of lessons we’ve learned from our experience to date:

    ·         Apply HF8 to server and device to address TRBO app hanging during transactions

    ·         Time zone must be set on device. We had our tablets configured for correct date/time but not time zone which resulted in all user groups other than Sys Admin groups being unable to login to the app

    What we were told was the TRBO we have is BETA. On after upgrading to Tessitura v. 12.5.1 do you get the receipt and multiple payment method functions. We just upgraded Monday so I haven't tested any of these things. I never would have known what was happening if I hadn't put in the ticket. I don't remember seeing BETA mentioned in any of the TRBO documentation.

    I wanted to summarize the communication we had today in this ticket in order to keep all the details together in one place.

    Because your Tessitura database is version 12.5.0, your version of TRBO is the BETA release.   The General Release of TRBO is included in the 12.5.1 version of Tessitura. Unfortunately, there are some defects in the BETA version of TRBO, including emailing of receipts and completing purchases of comp tickets.  These defects have been resolved in the General release of TRBO, but it requires that your database is running Tessitura version 12.5.1.

    I'm having trouble with the receipt actually sending. I put in the email address that we are using as the Email From Address and Ticket Email From Address set. Do you know if there's any other place in Tess to activate the receipt?
