Hello everyone,
Recently I have been having an issue with Offers that I do not recall having in the past. I have a number of Offers that are all associated with the same MOS and applicable dates for offers other than the one associated with the entered promo code are also showing up. Here is an example of a current scenario:
Offer A's discount is available for December 1-3 with Offer B's different discount available for December 4-6. On our website I enter Offer A's promotion code and instead of just December 1-3 showing as applicable dates, December 4-6 will also be listed. Clicking on Buy Tickets for the valid dates (1-3) takes me into the purchase path with the correct associated Price Type. Clicking on any of the non-valid dates (4-6) generates this error message:
We are sorry... There are currently no tickets available for this performance. Please contact The Grand Theatre Box Office at 519-672-8800 to purchase tickets.
So the promo code is obviously and correctly stopping me from purchasing on the incorrect dates, but of course I don't want those dates to even appear as options.
I have been using multiple offers associated to the same MOS for about a year now, and as I mentioned, I do not recall this issue in the past. Only the valid dates would appear when a promo code was entered on our website.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Duane
Hi Mary,
Not yet. Actually POP is our developer as well, so maybe they’ll be able to solve this issue for a few of us.

Hi Duane,
Same problem here, too. Our web developers (POP) are working on it. Have you found a solution?
Thanks,
Mary Mueller
