When we batch ticket print a shows mail out that is general admission the seat numbers are printing. However, when we print the same tickets from the order its self the tickets print correctly.
Am I missing a setting that would select what ticket to print for mail out from the batch ticket printing? If so, could someone help me locate where I would change this setting. OR is it a system error?

In the batch print setup screen there is a field called Tkt design. It sounds as though you might have a ticket design in this field that is different from the one set up on the performance? You can always change this field to (by perf/price) and it will always print what was setup on the build.
