Looking to connect with other presenting partners who don't own their venues and are trying to become PCI compliant. We've purchased EMV card readers and are live on v12.5.1, but have been told by our outsourced IT vendor that we cannot use our card readers off-site as we don't control those networks.
We've also been told we need to completely segregate our Box Office network from our office suite right across the hall. Unfortunately, this means we won't have access to the printers in the suite or our network drives. That's downside #1. I'm still not convinced we'd be PCI compliant in the office suite because our development team and receptionist also process credit cards within the suite.
What steps have you taken to become PCI compliant at your normal box office? What about when you sell tickets at off-site venues?
