When we first converted, we got a Motorola LS2208 USB and so far it has been sitting around collecting dust because we never knew how to use it. I found the documentation on how to use scanners to process ticket returns, or record attendance through the season manager. However, we have to set up the start and end sentinel characters for the device. I downloaded the manual from Motorola's website with all the barcodes you can use to program rules into it. However, I've attempted several different times to setup 'Specific String At Start' but when I scan a test ticket, it is still just entering the number with no sentinel characters. Anyone recently had to program one of these devices?
