Has anyone ever gotten a rollover error of "seated failed reason E" ? We duplicated the set up from last year and are not sure what is causing the error.
Thanks,
Janna
Hi Janna:Is your failure reason on one order, multiple orders within a set, or all orders within a set?Just curious,Mark

We got that this year as well. Not very verbose, is it?
Turned out we had a missing row in TR_ROLLOVER_PRICE_MAPPING for one facility.
We are getting the same error, how did you figure what was causing the error?

Since the error output was so opaque, we went over all our setup, slowly and carefully, and we found that a price type had crept into some orders between the time we had made up the price type mappings and first ran the rollover report. We added it to the mapping table, and presto - the rollover worked without error.
We actually found one Price Type that wasn't mapped; thank you !

Great to hear! Elusive little things, aren't they? :-)
We are having a similar. A handful of almost every package option is not rolling over and the only error is the "E" notice in seating. We are not using the price type mapping table, but instead using the "copy previous" price type option. Any other info folks have learned on the "E" error?
Yup, this was the problem in the end - I spent 6 hours reading a 3 as a 2! What a numpty.
Best,
