We frequently have facility changes after going on sale and have become adept at simply exchanging from one to the other, order by order.
It seems in order to maintain the integrity of a subscriber's package, this change should be done within the package.
Tessitura doesn't allow the addition of a new perf group (would be the new shows with new facility) for a package already on sale. I've thought of creating a dummy package with a 1 show minimum using the new performances as the perf group but this just creates another package. For subs we use a subs MOS and PT.
I'd love to hear from anyone who has encountered this and what you do to maintain that show in a package. Thankfully we don't do rollovers or that would add another layer of difficulty.
