I'm stumped and am looking for some advice. I have created a entry in the TR_WEB_SOURCE_NO table to link my source number (425) to the promo code word (PEK) same as I have done for many other sources. However when I attempt to use the code word on our website I'm getting an error message that the promo code is invalid. Yet if I use the source number it works as expected. Any ideas on what I might have missed? Suggestions on how to make it work?
Appreciate all and any ideas,

I have 11 promo code words that work on our website and 2 that don’t but I can’t figure out what is different about those two.

I think the website needs to be configured to see the code word instead of the code itself.

Is there an extra space before the promo code(s) in the table? I've done that before. Source still worked, but promo didn't.
If that's not it, I'm not sure. It couldn't be too many things though. The source number works, so it sounds like the rest of the setup (mode, price type, etc.) is correct.
No spaces in my table so I ended up deleting all of the pieces from the offer – offer, price type, tr_web_source_no entry, source number and appeal and then rebuilt them in this order: appeal, source number, tr_web_source_no, price type, offer, and it worked just fine this time. It appears that creating an offer with a code word is order dependent on how you build it – add the entries to tr_web_source_no before adding the price type and the offer to the performance. Who knew?
Thanks for all the suggestions,
