We are nearly complete with migrating our legacy box office data. Along with the Ticketing history, we have also migrated our past production into Production elements.
Does anyone have experience migrating past orders into Tessitura? I would like to know your experience with this.
In my experience, adding historical orders to Tessitura is just too complicated. It can certainly be done, but I am not sure there is a huge benefit. You should build appropriate ticket history records for these orders.
If you have already added the production elements for the historical performances you can customize your ticket history table and tab to use that information in populating the screen and in reporting for both historical and new orders.
