I was a bit confused by this too but ended up categorising mine into Friends (members), Web and Film Festival. They all loosely related to different modes of sale.

We've just upgraded out Test system to V.12.5 and i am getting into the Pricing Rules set up. Does anyone have any advice regarding strategies for setting up the Pricing Rules Category System Table? documentation is a little vague on the purpose of segmenting into different categories.
