We're encountering a problem with how our eTickets render for users who try to view/download/print their eTickets on an iPhone or iPad device.
For an increasing number of ticketpurchasers who use an iPad and/or iPhone to buy tickets, when they receive/open the file, the barcode displays, however none of the data/content appears.
The PAHT documentation mentions a known issue with barcode display and the font fix for Macs, and we've been made aware of an issue with Apple not being entirely supportive of Adobe (particularly flash), as well as the need for users to ensure their version of Adobe reader is up to date, but I was wondering if anybody has experienced a similar issue with their ticketholders and whether there are any suggested tips, tricks, fixes and/or workarounds that might help us out?
Always appreciative for any info anyone is willing to provide!
