I have created a new Ticket Design for a BOCA printer on RAMP and simply trying to print an example ticket with this new design. However, after clicking the "Print Sample Ticket" button on the design Toolbox, nothing happens. I am not taken to a printing preferences screen or printer selection screen. Absolutely nothing indicates that something should be printing or failed to print.
The computer is hooked up to a BOCA printer and I have it selected in the File>Printer Setup screen. Am I missing some initial configuration with the ticket?
Cody - check Tools>Preferences and ensure that your BOCA printer is set in the Default Ticket Printer.
