Hi everyone
I have found some information in the Seat Cancellation documentation that says you can use the hold until date as a filter in the order search screen but I can;t find where this sits anywhere. Is this just in v12 or is it available in earlier versions and if so could you let me know where it is? (we are still using v11 but upgrading to v12.5 soon)

Hi Nicola,
The Hold Until field is not available on the Order Search screen, and the documentation needs to be corrected accordingly. Hold Until can be used as a filter on Seat Cancellation sets and batch ticket printing sets.
