Does anyone know if it is possible to customize/activate the Subscription Summary to be used with Flex packages?
If not, how do others recommend tracking new, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, etc. for Flex packages? The Subscription Summary for Fixed packages has been very useful when it comes to this, but does not work for Flex packages.
I use T-Stats to track Flex packages, sales, show selections, pkg seats. In List Builder I track new and renew patrons. We don’t track up/downgrades. Does that help?
