Hopefully I'm missing something basic with this...
I have a fixed package set up, which has 4 perfs in it, but when we sell the package, the print at home ticket does not arrive.
A few things about it:
-Package can be sold online through TNew and through Box Office. All the sale process is acting completely normal for both.
-PAHTs are an option for all MOS (web, web-package and Box Office).
-All perfs are on sale.
-The MOS dates for the perfs and package are active (start date was a few days ago and the end date is after the last perf date).
-The package price types are added within each individual perf.
-The Package setup has no ticket text and no composite ticket.
-The physical tickets print fine.
-The PAHTs print fine when selling the individual perfs.
-In the order history it reads that the PAHT has sent for the package, but it does not arrive.
-The server isn't logging an error for these PAHTs that don't arrive.
Can anyone please think of anything else that I should be checking or am missing?!

We worked it out in the end. It was the file size of the PAHT, which we'd just updated that week. When people were buying multiple tickets/packages, it was struggling to send the tickets, but it would send just one ticket OK.
Once we changed the size to about 90kb, which is what we'd had before, they sent fine.

How did you set up the PAHT? We go into the perf and price type and set the ticket design to our PAH, but even with the file size only 206KB, we still dont get the ticket. What there something you did on the system tables? We are using flex packages with 2 perf in it.
