Trying to figure out what shows our CYO subscribers selected in their subscriptions. As there is no standard report that gives us what we need, wondering if anyone has ideas, other than going into each order, which we have hundreds.
All of our subscriptions are flex packages so none of the canned sub reports work for us. I use T-Stats during sub sales and continue using it once single tickets are on sale, for consistency. The simplest one tracks number of tickets sold for each of the shows. This tells you the most popular show chosen by subscribers and then most popular in general when you add single sales. Here’s the formula: Ticket cube/Filter by season/Category of Ticket performance details-Production> all productions/Measures of Ticket counts>Num Tickets (add Pd Amt to see $).
To break it down by each performance time by month add 2 categories: Ticket Performance Date-Month & Ticket Performance Details-Perf Code Date.
In the Package cube I track sale of package seats: Category of Package Detail-Pkg Name and Measures of Package Seats & Num constituents.

We've found T-Stats reporting to be the best tool for this. We're also tracking pass redemptions that way.
