Hello all - does anyone know of a way to do a bulk refund to all patrons for a specific event, in the instance of a cancellation? With New England winter approaching we are anticipating some snow days and having to cancel (and thus refund) several upcoming performances - seeking any thoughts on how to do this relatively quickly and efficiently.

I'm researching this topic for one of our consortium members. It looks like the Performance Seat Release puts the funds On Account -- is this correct? Is there any way to do a bulk refund to the patron's credit card?
