Attention all package wizards!
Hoping someone can help me. I'm not in the office today and I've seen a request to get a Hospitality package on sale tomorrow. We've only ever utilised fixed packages at the Festival so this is uncharted territory and there's little time to test. We are also running a very simple, relatively out of the box TNEW site.
There are two package options. The first I think is relatively simple. It's VIP access to a free outdoor event and a picnic hamper for two. Since this isn't pulling inventory from an existing event and the package includes two tickets I'm thinking I can set this up as a single "Admit 2" type ticket. Otherwise I've got no way of limiting the purchases to multiples of two.
The second is option 1 + tickets to an existing ticketed event, so the admit 2 thing won't work.
I may be overthinking this but since we haven't had to use packages before I could use a helping hand.
