Hey there!
We had an issue with our wireless connectivity this past weekend and have 4 days worth of tickets scanned in offline mode to upload now that our connectivity is back up and running. My FOH team has uploaded these types of scans before and I trust that they did everything correctly. However, the scans don't seem to be making it into Tessitura!
She said that she did what she always does: (1) did the Staged Records Count (2) Did the Online Data Upload (3) Ran the N-Scan Offline Scan Update procedure in Tessitura. This procedure was definitely run in Update Mode = YES and she received a few thousand results... but when we go into any of the performances the seats are all still marked as Ticketed Paid and not Attended.
We haven't cleared the staging data yet (FOH tells me they usually do that after they've verified the upload was successful) so we still have that data in the scanners. Has anyone seen this behaviour before? Is there a way I can force this upload to happen? Does anyone know what the staging table is so I can have a look to see what's in there?
Thanks!
Hey Beth!
Did you ever find out what staging table the data ends up in? I'm having the same problem.
Hey!
I ended up opening a help ticket about this one and there were a few complications causing my upload woes.
The table itself is T_NSCAN_OFFLINE_STAGE if you'd like to take a look at what's happening in that table for you. But if that doesn't shed any light feel free to reach out again. I can elaborate on the issues I encountered or give you my old help ticket number if you want to reference it in one you open for your specific issue. :)
Thank you, Beth! It seems like we have some funky stuff going on too. I appreciate your responding!
