Fee calculation bug?

Has anyone experienced something similar to the below?

We have a credit card processing fee that should attach to all bookings in certain MOS. This fee is attaching when we seat the (GA) order on the seat map but is not attaching when we Best Seat it. This makes no sense and we've tested it a number of times. 

Any ideas/tips would be appreciated.

  • We had the same thing happen here today. At first it was all fees (web & phone MOS). I went through each fee and reselected all the shows and saved.  Each fee came back as I did it this.  Except that phone fee is still not adding on if I use 'Best Seat" rather than go into the seat map and seat manually. Toggling off and on the "continuous fee calculation" button does add the fee if you use best seat but on the next order it goes right back to not adding the fee. Can't think of anything we did that would've triggered this. Today was the first day of our new season on sale so I had been check to see if fees were adding correctly overnight for the new season and then midway through the day this just popped up.
