I'm a new box office management and I don't know how to do some of the basics in Tessitura. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
First, I am settling the previous days batches and 2 users’ batches have an “O” next to them and my numbers are not matching up. I know it will say “C” if the batch is closed and “H” if it is not closed. But what does the “O” mean??
Second, I don’t know how to update the selections under comp price type reasons. Help please?
Third, I don’t know how to update source codes, help please?
Finally, I also don’t know how to update the “performance details” and “custom” tabs, help please??

Have you downloaded the documentation and put it into the correct folder? If so, you can click on the question mark icon at the top of each screen and you will find relevant documentation. So for example, when you are in the batch administrator screen, click on the question mark and you will get documentation about batch administration.
