We're thinking about having some roving Box Office staff armed with tablets, card readers and zebra printers. We were hoping TRBO would be a perfect solution, but most of what we would want to do is ticket reprints which, for some insane reason, TRBO does not support?
Is anyone using Tessitura on a tablet? If so, can you tell me how it's going? Are you using Quicksale? Is there any limited functionality?

We too wanted the same thing, except instead of ticket sales, use for our House Management to have real time seat maps of the venue to resolve seating issues rather than running back and forth between the theatre and box office.
But I digress... While we still use desktop PC's for our box office, I myself have a roving tablet with Tessitura on it. Have you considered a MS Surface tablet? Granted I have not printed tickets off my tablet, but it could be a start...
But if you hear of anything or find another solution, I'd be curious to know too!

We're currently doing some early testing on a windows tablet. It seems like that will probably be a better solution for us right now. I also looked into the Quicksale consulting package, but haven't heard back.
Do you do exchanges or memberships on your tablet?
I'll update the thread when I know more.
I have done exchanges on my tablet, but not memberships. Must mention that we are still currently on version 11.4, so base my experience on that.

Are you currently using an MS Surface tablet for your House Management or yourself? Does it have the full Tessitura application running on it? I have been looking into TRBO and it doesn't seem to be the right fit for us and I'm wondering how running the full application off of a tablet is working for other groups since it is more robust. Also, have you tried using your tablet in multiple locations? We rent our venues and we need to unpack and set up all of our box office equipment at each venue. We're interested in reducing the number of computers we need to bring with us and replace them with more easily portable tablets.
