The price is correct when you actually select the seat and go to pay for it, but when you hover over the seat on the seat map the price is wrong. This is on both the Tessitura network and our website.Any ideas what might be causing this problem?
I've had this happen when you are using multiple price layers, and only one of the layers (or just not all of them) are selected in the base price.
