A problem with Quick Sale has begun randomly occurring in the past month, and we wonder if any other organizations have observed this behavior.
Memberships are being added to some QS orders, in a seemingly random manner. It has happened a few times each week, and I have been unable to find a common link: sometimes it is a current member, sometimes not; it has added different membership levels. About the only consistent factor is that there has always been a constituent in the order (we do not identify walk-up patrons).
I'd be interested to hear is anyone else has seen this.
