I hope the hive mind is extra super creative today. We are looking to do a refer a friend program for our current subscribers. We are looking to give them an X dollar amount of credit that can be used on their renewal for next season, to buy tickets this season..whatever they want.
I'm wondering what if any of you fine folks have done a program like this and if so, how did you track and set this up in Tessitura? I have oodles of questions for those who have done this. How did you give the credit to the subscriber referring (I'm thinking of using Initiator as the common denominator but still unsure how to get the dollar amount credit to the current sub), especially through web sales. Any all ideas are greatly appreciated.
