Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to bulk add 'Sales Notes' (which trigger the 'Info' button within an order) to a 'Production Season' instead of adding them individually to each item at the 'Performance' level.
We often have 50-60 performances within each 'Production Season' and it would take a significant amount of time to add them individually to each performance within each 'Production Season', within each yearly season.
The idea is that this button could be a quick-access home to information such as performance length, cast, warnings, etc.

Have you tried Season Maintenance/Product Data? You can add sales notes in bulk and also have that field "Notes Required" so that operators must look at them before continuing on.
Also, there is a CREDIT section in Ticketing Setup that you can use to add "credits" for any individual production, production season, or performance, so that should help with Cast information. Tessi operators just need to double click on any given performance to see this detail under the Performance Detail tab.
We also use keywords for any "Potential Warnings" that need to be stated. that also pops up when you double click the performance in the calendar.
