Is there a way to pull someone's Constituency into a T-stats report? I am wanting to just track raw numbers for how many First Time Buyers (FTB Constituency) attended a show? Thanks!
I'm not 100% sure on how it is set up, but I know there exist a small number of const sum custom fields that can be configured to work based on constituency code. We have a few of them set up that way in our installation.
An alternative that should also work would be to use a list based filter.
Thanks everyone! I tried to use the list based filter option, but we apparently aren't set up to use that...off to RAMP I go! Thanks!
I don’t think there’s anything in there off the top of my head hat you wouldn’t have to customize, but you can use List-Based filter to use a Tessitura list of the patrons with the Constituency, put the show in Categories, and number of constituent in series, and you should get the results you want.

Hi Amy,
One option might be to create a list of FTB in List Manager, making sure you tick the T-Stats box. Then you can use that list as a filter in TStats. Would that work?
Cheers, Kathleen

That is a great question and I am glad to say that this could be done by configuring the Constituent Summary Custom elements in T-Stats. This would allow you to pull in the First Time Buyers and report on them in T-Stats. This article on the Network website has more information on making customizations to T-Stats and this article provides further details on configuring the Const Sum elements which should be useful as well. If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at T-Stats@jcainc.com.
Best,
Amy
