Package Order Listing vs Package Sales Report

These 2 reports are giving me completely different seat number and $$ totals.

The package sales report is significantly lower than the package order listing.

Does anyone know why?? My finance department is demanding an answer!

Help.

Thanks

  • Dennis,

Do you have fees or process add on single tickets in your subscription orders?  Both of these could cause your package order listing to be higher than your package sales report.  The package order listing is going to look at everything in the order whereas the package sales report looks only at package tickets (fixed and flex) but doesn't look at single tickets or fees or any other anicillary monies.

    Hope this helps,
