Has anyone successfully developed a method for issuing tax receipts for tickets donated for resale with some degree of automation. We had hoped to use WordFly to do this, however we are not able to isolate number of donated tickets for a specific performance as an output set element. We welcome feedback on how automation of tax receipts for tickets (not pledges or contributions) could be accomplished with Tessitura.
Ideally we would like to merge (in WordFly or Tessitura letter template) the following:
The CAMA Board of Directors acknowledge with pleasure the donation of your [number of donated seats] [seating section of donated seats] ticket(s) [ticket numbers of donated seats] for the [performance name] performance at [venue] on [date of performance]. The value is $[retail value of donated seats].

We immediately print a ticket header with that info pulled and just mail that.
