Here in Kalamazoo, we are wondering how other consortia or groups with many venues handle N-Scan. Are the devices configured to a specific facility or organization, or can they be shared easily? Some of the venues aren't suitable for N-Scan access control or don't have wifi - are there others without wifi who are using N-Scan?

I am part of a consortium that has multiple venues. Our scanners are configured to each organization and facility. We have two different facilities within our organization and I can easily change the facility on the scanner in the admin settings to use it at the other facility.
There is also an option to scan offline and when you are back to the facility to upload the information scanned.

Yep. That being said, you have to do the set up in the Nscan system tables to do so.
