Web Promo tickets not printing

Has anyone had an issue with web promo tickets not printing?  They are showing as not printed, and when I go to print the tickets out the option is greyed out.

 If I attempt to move the seats I get an error "seating not enabled for this product"

 

Thoughts?

    Try checking the MOS on the performances-  I have a feeling your ‘seating’ and ‘printing’ boxes might not be ticked…

    I am with Kathleen, this is likely a MOS issue. A couple things to check for (in addition to Kathleen's suggestion):

    1) Does the order date fall within the start and end dates of the MOS?

    2) Was the MOS the order was originally created in still exist in that performance? Was it removed or switched for another MOS?
