This question might be more relevant to Aus members but open to feedback from anyone.
I'm pushing to get gift certificates introduced and due to our seasonal nature we will have a clearly defined validity on the voucher. Once the end of the Festival has passed, all monies would be expired.
Our finance team is curious if anyone has experienced any issues in expiring gift vouchers. Do your org's have a lot of unused credit on the vouchers you expire and do you often get customers complaining and wanting their money back?
