Changing Performance Description

Hi,

We had a title change for one of our performances. Does anyone have a script or utility for changing just the performance description and perhaps short description? Only a few of the performances have been used in orders, but that will change quickly.

Thanks.

  • There’s a shared report called Performance Description Update on the Tessitura website (think it’s from Brian W. Grundstrom), but could you also do an update statement on T_INVENTORY, setting the description column to what you need for the new show?

    Cheers,

    Kathleen

  • Thank you! I know this is older, but I was looking to update a short description and couldn't figure out where that lived! You're a peach!

  • Bear in mind that if you're changing the details for a past performance (one that is in a season that is no longer active) you might want to re-run your proceudre that updates the ticket history table to reflect the changed details...........
