Asking for any help! We are trying to import a list of:
All patrons with on-account credit
And cross reference that to see how many of them actually have attended a performance in the last 2 years. When we import the on-account report into a list, it "has no criteria" although it shows it has imported 399 constituent IDs. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
Also, how would you build a list for our specifications?
Use the "list" element which is under "other" within list manager. You can then select you imported list and use it with whatever other elements you require to build your new list.

That's what we did but when we try to generate a list it does not give us the option to generate the list. It does show that there are 399 patrons In the contents of the list, but when we run the list against another list, nothing shows up

When you import patrons from Reports or T-Stats, the list does not have any criteria. I think what Travis is referring to is creating a new list where one of the criteria for the new list would be under Other- List In On Account list - whatever you called it.
Alternatively, you could create a new list that pulls patrons with on account credit and add the additional criteria.
