We are trying to tighten up our reconcilliation with our finance department and were wondering what reports you might use to reconcile with. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Lee Ann, there are several webcasts and/or documents on the Tessitura site that address reconciliation. Cindy Emigs presentations are very good.
The tricky part here is that Tessitura is so flexible that the specific things you need may or may not be addressed in the material.
Currently, our finance department relies most heavily on the Performance Sales Summary by Price Type Category report along with several custom reports. There are still some large holes in the process that we are trying to address. A lot of the choices you will need to make will be based on how your GL is set up.
