We are doing a super package this year for first time. we will use a package from 2015 to rollover into 4 performances in 2016. For the other performance which is in a different sub package we have a dilemma. We have re-seated every one of the 15000 subscribers in an excel spread-sheet making sure they get a similar experience to the one they are accustomed to. We have created a set of dummy performances and could import our spread-sheet into those performances. We could then roll this into the other sub package.
Our concern is that we have effectively upgraded people into a higher price reserve in order to maintain their experience so there will probably be a price to zone mismatch and the rollover will charge them more for the seat than we intended. To complicate the issue these reseats have been fairly random depending on availability of seats so we cant rezone without considering each seat individually.
Is it possible to import directly into the final performance in which case we could force the price to be what we desired. Or is it require that both parts of a super package are rolled over in order for it to hang together. If anyone has done something similar we would be keen to learn.
