Pricing Rules - multiple rules

Hi all,

I'm just in testing mode but am unable to get two rules to affect my order when it appears that everything is being satisfied. 

Rules:

- A member discount rule that changes the price type (Adult to Member) to a maximum of two tickets per event. Rank 1 in the rule set.

- A package rule that also changes the price type (Adult to Package) for a minimum of 3 shows. Rank 2 in the rule set.

 

I'm testing with 3 performances and purchasing four adult tickets for each. So in theory two tickets should re-price at the Member price type leaving two Adult tickets for three shows - this should activate the Package rule on the remaining Adult tickets right? At the moment only the Member price rule is working. If I change the rank, then the Package rule takes over once the third performance has been added (as expected).

    SLIs that qualify for a rule but do not have the rule applied due to the seat max being reached for the order still get marked as a Q  and are therefore not available for other rules.  That would be why the two ticket that qualify for your member discount but are past the max are not having your package (which I assume is a Product Volume rule) applied.
