Box Office Statement - By Season or Date

Hello,

I am currently trying to find a report that tells me how many seats were sold at a particular price or prices over a period of time. The Box Office Statement tells me this in great detail but only by one performance at a time. 

Does anyone know if it is possible to open up this report to include a whole season, or number of seasons? Or is there a report that tells me the information that I am looking for that already exists?

    Hi James,

    I recently created a 'Box Office Statement by Season' that can also be restricted by a date range. The report just grabs the performances in the season/date range and it has the following columns:

    Perf Date, Perf Code, Perf Name, Non Comps, Comps, Total Seats, Revenue

    The report does not give information about the particular prices, since it is strictly a summary but if you are still interested, I am happy to share it with you, it is in SSRS, just let me know. It is my intention to share the report in Tessitura web site but I just have not had a chance to do so.

    We have a custom report that can be run for select performances within a season; a single entire season; or multiple seasons.

     

    It details each price type with seats sold and paid. It also breaks out Reason Codes and unpaid.

    Yes,  it is my intention to share the report in TASK, but if you send me your email address I can send you all the stuff tomorrow. The report is pretty neat and people here where so happy as it turned out to be really useful.
