MOS for Parking Sales - How do you handle?

Hello!!

We're launching parking and I'd love to know how others setup.  Parking is included free for subscribers and for a fee to single ticket buyers.  Reporting must be spot on given we reimburse the vendor and I want to track how much our "free" subscriber parking is costing us.

Finally, we will offer this as a customization on TNEW soon but we're rolling out with box office sales only.

I'd love to hear what others who offer parking currently do so reporting is accurate. I have a separate parking GL, have created AM, MAT, PM  for single and Sub-AM, Sub-Mat, Sub, PM price types and assigned each to their appropriate MOS (Single and Sub).

Any suggestions and wisdom would be greatly appreciated!!

We sell parking and build it as we would any other show. We have web configuration set to allow a parking event to sell as an add-on to any show within 2 hours after the start time for the parking event.

The Parking Price Type does have its own GL and Price Type Category and is available in numerous MOS.

    Good luck!

    Nicole
