We are looking at changing the size and design of our inner and outer single ticket envelopes. We currently use the standard 9.5 X 4.25 size to mail our tickets in. The ticket envelope that we place the actual tickets in for Mail and HABO is 6 3/4 X 3 1/4. The inner envelope moves around too much.
I recently purchased tickets to a ball game (of course!) and fell in love with the size and design. The outer envelope is 7 1/4 X 4 5/8. The mailing envelope has a peel off for closing and securing the envelope.
If we change the size it means that our Marketing and Development inserts will need to be revised and new HABO cabinets will have to be purchased. There are benefits to this change but it is always goo to find out what other organizations are doing. Can you share your single ticket envelope size and design with me?

Our ticket envelopes are exactly 3" by 6", and we mail them in standard size 10 envelopes. We avoid them sliding around by wrapping the ticket envelope flap around a trifold brochure (Ticket Buyers Guide) that fits nicely into the size 10. We send one of those brochures with every single mailed order.
