Subscription Fees

Good Afternoon,

Does anyone know of a report that can break out package fees? Because they are order based, the performance based fee reports are unhelpful for this case.

As our package fees are not broken out by GL, I cannot use a GL report to find this number.

    Hey Chris,

    I did try this report and all it displays, as the summary indicated, were the fees that were on the per performance level. I'm not seeing any of the Subscription fees and I did verify I built them under the Order Level frequency, which I was under the impression was the correct way to handle package fees.

    HI Maurice,

     

    Package fees should still be visible on the Fee by Performance report. I just checked ours and I am able to select which fees I want to see. You can also change how you view the report (perf by perf, perf season, or full season). You can also select which shows you’d like to see this report run. If the fees aren’t showing in this report, then there may be an issue with your fee setup.

    I like the Finance “Ticketing Fee Revenue” report. It goes by category so you can decide which ones you see.
