Hi,
We at the Science Museum encountered something we hadn't seen before in Quick Sale.
If a performance within a package is designated 'Off Sale" , "Cancelled" etc, the Package (aka Combo) button in QS will grey out on the QS panel. The Combo will still be available to sell in the line order screen.
Knowing this may save you some time. We never saw this before because we typically delete cancelled performances. Another workaround would be to place all seats on hold or an allocation. (I cannot get my Box Office to go back to processing walk-ups in the line orders, even for a day!).
