Potential Revenue reporting

We are after a report that can pick up what is available, holds and reservations and calculate what the potential revenue will be by zone. We want to use the Base/Full price to report this.

Does anyone have a report that already does this, that can be shared? or know of a way to do this on the system?

    I would like that too if you find one. Right now I use a Holds by Price Scale and Performance Sales Analysis 2 in order to figure it out, but one report would be much better.
