I need to increase capacity to a venue for an event in which we have already sold tickets. Now I know I've been able to do this in the past, but I cannot recall how I did it.
As it stands now I have added the seats, but the best seat function and seat selection for those seats do not work.
Can someone refresh my memory on what step I'm missing to make this work? Thanks!
I believe this knowledge base article should answer it. There are some update scripts that need to be run for new seats to work properly.
