For those of you tracking sales results by channel, can you point me to a good report for showing this detail? We've recently begun using this and I want to make sure I'm looking at good response info.
Thanks!
Clint
Hi Clint,
Good day.
We have a customized report for channel and MOS sales.
Channel and MOS are based on t_order level, so the sales records only can be separated by order date(not paid date).
If you are interested in this report, I will do some modifications then send you the copy.
(we have a different customized sale table. so I have to do some changes.)
have fun
Ben

Hi Brenda,
The full report files are in the attached zip file.
1, As the sales records are picking up at run time, this report will be a bit slow (10 seconds on my screen). (because of no index) --- you can set it as a scheduled report.
2, If you run report with "full detail" in group type, you can open the order by click the order_no, then you can verify this report with the order.
3, You can do any kind of modification on the codes.
any questions, you can send me an email or just post here.
have fun.
We do some reporting on sales channel as well. I don't know if you are interest in a contribution report by sales chanel, but I will be submitting this report in the next few days to foot prints.
On TASK, Reference Materials, Shared Reports, Solution 119 is Performance Sales by Channel
This download provides a sales report which aggregates ticket sales by Sales Channel/Price Type Category for a selected list of performances. The output can be grouped by Season, Production Season, Performance or Week.
