Changing All Ticket Designs

Hi everyone --

Is it possible to change all of the price types' ticket designs without doing it either individually or through Season Maintenance (without changing the price maps)? We're still on v.11.04, by the way.

Thanks!

Molly

  • Hi Molly,

If your organization is on version 12 or later, yes you can. It is one of the awesome new features in the pricing grid. You can do bulk changes on many things (including ticket design). If you are on version 11, this is not possible in any bulk fashion.

The way to do the bulk change:

    - click on the “all” tab on the pricing grid

-click the Price Type Properties radio dial

-click in the bulk edit box

-at the top of the ticket design column, click the selection box in that column header, and select the design you want

-highlight all the rows you want to change (if it’s everything, you can shift click the top row and the bottom row to highlight all the rows) and click apply

All the designs should change on all the rows.

    Chris
