V12.1 Price Layers & Reporting

I’ve been trying to get one of these reports for awhile.  I hope someone has an answer out there!

Is there an existing report that will present each price layer and it's totals by price type?

I am trying to get other company staff enthused about the changes to pricing but it is difficult when I am unable to produce reports that can give them the data they require.

If  customised reports are the only option, where would I start? I am not the report writer but I would need to supply the report writer with some info to get started.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
